Knowing how sectors operate and what is important to them is key to good implementation
Much of the work I do has a focus on increasing the effectiveness and efficiency in an environment that supports teams delivering to communities. I'm a systems thinker and working in this way I hope to make government process easier to work with for internal staff and the community.

The development and implementation of organisational redesign and new ways of working within State Government agencies, including end to end recruitment
Strategic planning facilitation and work plan development for government agencies, including state and local government and regulatory entities
Review of community grants programs and development of strategic funding models for local and state government agencies
Development of grants policy and procedures for local and state government
Development of training for funding and grants specialists in local and state government
Development, stakeholder management and implementation for large projects across for the Victorian Government, not for profit community organisations and Local Government
